Join us in sacred circle on Sunday, December 21st at YogSole’s Sunset Park studio to honor the turning of the season–a moment for reflection and letting go.
Kimberly Fondu and Steph Thompson invite you to gather on the Solstice to mark the longest night of the year and call in the spark of new possibility and the promise of the returning light, together in community.
We’ll weave breath, reflection and journaling with an evocative sound bath to create an intentional space for resetting and renewing at year’s end. Find ease in stillness and begin to listen for what’s quietly emerging.
Leave with a more rooted embodied sense of direction, attuned to what you’re ready to lovingly release and what you want to bring in for the coming year.
