Through the contrast of sound and silence, movement and stillness, we can begin to find some symmetry, some congruence of all the parts of us -- spirit, soul and body.
Join me for this Sacred Bloom June Symmetry Series, three 45-minute sessions to find balance through deep attentiveness to sound and movement.
