About the event
There are so many sounds in a city, so many distractions.
Life is full of high highs and low lows, and our attentions are often pulled with the ebb and flow of things seemingly out of our control.
And yet...What we can do is listen. We can train ourselves to tune in to what we want to tune in to and tune out what we don't. This is a practice. Practice with me this Friday, June 19th, from 6 PM to 7 PM as we gather in the beautiful YogaSole studio in Sunset Park for a Sacred Bloom Sound Bath.
